"Smartphone" May Cause Premature Aging


Addiction to technology has been known to cause a variety of health problems such as headaches, neck, shoulders, back and other. Now, the world is discussing the dangers of addiction to technology to skin beauty. Most people, especially women, spent more than two hours a day, to continue to look into their handheld devices such as smartphones and tablets.

To prevent wrinkles in the neck, Dr. Apratim Goel, dermatologist and laser surgeon, said, "Take frequent breaks when using your gadget. Try the neck exercises every day." He added, "Use of anti-aging creams that contain antioxidants, vitamins, retinoids, hyaluronic acid. Massage your neck with this cream every night. Care ultrasound and radio frequency can also help tighten the skin."
