Sleep, effective way to fight obesity

So far, people simply think that exercise and diet is an effective way to fight obesity or weight loss. However, what about sleep?

According to a study conducted by Dr Neil Stanley, a British health expert, he mentions that sleep quality may help humans to suppress appetite that ultimately have an impact on weight loss. Research reported by the bbc.co.uk explains that if people lack of sleep then makes the brain work harder and 'hungry' so people tend to eat indiscriminately to feel full. Besides the current lack of sleep there is a decrease in leptin (substances that regulate food intake and signals that tell us we're full) and increase in ghrelin (a substance that stimulates the appetite and fat production) so that the human will eat all the food.

The study also explains that if people do not rest enough each day he will experience increased hunger by 24% and increased production of fat in the body as much as 33%.

It turns out besides exercising and diet with healthy, sleep is also an effective way to lose weight. Sleep gives time for the body and the digestive system to rest. In addition to sleep will also keep you from temptation ads tempting food in the evening is not it?
