How to Lose Weight Quickly And healthy

This time I want to be a health adviser to give tips to lose weight and achieve weight loss ideal. As we know, more and more Malaysians who have reached the level of obesity.

Statistics produced by the World Health
Organization (WHO), about 29% of the adult population more weight and 14% suffer from obesity in Malaysia
in 2006.
Here are some ways that can
be used to lose weight quickly and
healthily.

1. Chew food longer than
usual. It will make you feel full sooner
and thus will reduce food intake.

2.
Reduce intake of unhealthy foods little
by little. Eating foods that are low in
fat. Lose foods that contain high
amounts of sugar like fizzy water,
cakes and snacks.

3.If you feel hungry,
eat only a little rice and eat plenty of
fruits and vegetables for eliminate hunger.

4. Do not eat late at night. If you belong
to this group, reduce intake gradually and
Eat at least 3 hours before bedtime.

5. If
you wake up at night and feel hungry,
drink plain water or eat a fruit such as
apple or banana.

6.Do not miss or
deliberately let your meals in order to
lose weight. You will only succeed in
lowering the body's metabolism only in
this way. It is best to eat 5-7 simple meal
a day.

7. Control your appetite
because it will make you eat more than
they should. This is why you need to eat
5-7 times a day after meals to control
your appetite.

8. If you still fail to
control appetite, you can buy a 'protein
shakes and eat in between meals twice
a day, between breakfast and lunch
and between lunch and dinner.

9. You
can use diet pills to speed up the
process of losing weight. But it will
become useless if you do not practice
proper nutrition and healthy.

10. Increase your physical activity. Train yourself to walk at least 400 meters per
day.
You do not necessarily need go
to the gym or jogging in the
playground. The main objective is to
burn more calories. Do activities such as
park your car further away from the
destination and choose to use stairs
instead of the elevator.

11. Make exercise 'sit up' and 'push up' every time
I wake up in the morning and in the
evening after returning work. Do as much as 20 times per set.
Increased
number of 'sit up' and 'push up' from
day to day, so as to for making 100 times
per set. In this way, you not only can
lose weight quickly, might even get abs
are pretty lumpy.
