Too busy work up to no time sports? Do not worry, there are one way you can do to still be able to burn calories for the sake of losing weight. This way you can even do while sitting and keep to work. How to?

The trick is to implementing sitting postures true for work. Posture proper seating and ideal is sitting upright with shoulders pulled back and drawn into the stomach. Neck relaxed, and both feet flat to the floor.
