Importance kissing after sex


When talking about sex, people are too focused on intercourse and orgasm. Whereas affective aspect is equally important for the relationship and sexual satisfaction.

Research conducted at University of Toronto Mississauga has proved the importance of making out after sex. Especially for couples who already have children.

What is involved in making out a list of activities? According to research published in the Archives of Sexual Behavior, you and your partner can kiss, caress and talk heart to heart.

According to sex therapist and marriage Kat Van Kirk reported by Women's Health, while making out after sex, your body releases the hormone oxytocin as the effects of physical contact enjoyable. Oxytocin is also known as the love hormone.

The hormone oxytocin has many benefits. Among other things trigger positive thoughts that help you repel social anxiety, stress away. Thus, your blood pressure will drop, minimize the possibility of heart disease and other ailments. Oxytocin also improve the quality of the body's immune system.

Not only that, making out after sex is also a form of nonverbal communication. "Flirting can help you relax, relieve physical and emotional pain if any-and helps reinforce the feeling that you are committed with a partner," said Van Kirk.

Touch passing hug or massage when making out can release the hormone dopamine which increases sexual desire. If it is so, according to Van Kirk, this can be beneficial for both parties. Not impossible, the sex session can continue. This is fine legitimate. Because sex is one drug that is effective stress.

Making out the recommended duration is 15 minutes after sex. Better still if you can extend the time 20 to 30 minutes.
